03Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising trackers, so no consent banner is needed.
Fonts are hosted on the website itself: your browser does not contact any third-party service to display them.
One exception: the demo websites (“Sample websites” section) load their fonts from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google when you open them.
04Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold or shared. It is only accessible to Nolan Di Francesco and the following technical providers:
Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States) delivers contact form messages. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Infomaniak (Switzerland) hosts the website and its technical logs. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision.
Google (Gmail) hosts the mailbox where messages arrive.
05Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to difrancesconolan@gmail.com. You will receive an answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
06Security
The website is served over HTTPS only: exchanges between your browser and the server are encrypted.
